1) Regions We Serve


  • We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada only.
  • We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations outside the USA & Canada.


 



2) Order Processing


  • Orders are packed and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse.
  • Processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday). National holidays are not counted.



 


3) Estimated Transit Times


  • USA: 2 – 5 business days
  • Canada: 6 – 12 business days
  • Mexico: 6 – 12 business days



 


4) Shipping Rates

 

  • USA: Free shipping on orders over US $69.99 (threshold calculated after discounts, before tax); flat rate of US $10.99 for lower amounts.
  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over US $100; flat rate of US $16.99 for lower amounts.
  • Mexico: Free shipping on orders over US $100; flat rate of US $16.99 for lower amounts.

6) Tracking & Notifications



  • You’ll receive automated emails when:
    1. Your order is placed.
    2. Your order is dispatched—with tracking link.
    3. Your order is delivered—with tracking link.



7) Order Changes, Cancellations & Address Issues



  • To change or cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Once a shipping label is generated, changes or cancellations may not be processed.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, the order is non-refundable and non-replaceable.

 


8) Lost or Missing Packages



  • Once marked “Delivered”, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • If you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are not liable for theft or loss after delivery confirmation.

 



9) Delivery Delays



  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to the carrier, weather, or peak periods.
  • Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

 

 


10) Risk of Loss
