1) Regions We Serve
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada only.
- We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations outside the USA & Canada.
2) Order Processing
- Orders are packed and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse.
- Processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday). National holidays are not counted.
3) Estimated Transit Times
- USA: 2 – 5 business days
- Canada: 6 – 12 business days

4) Shipping Rates
- USA: Free shipping on orders over US $69.99 (threshold calculated after discounts, before tax); flat rate of US $10.99 for lower amounts.
- Canada: Free shipping on orders over US $100; flat rate of US $16.99 for lower amounts.
- Mexico: Free shipping on orders over US $100; flat rate of US $16.99 for lower amounts.

6) Tracking & Notifications

7) Order Changes, Cancellations & Address Issues
- To change or cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
- Once a shipping label is generated, changes or cancellations may not be processed.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, the order is non-refundable and non-replaceable.
8) Lost or Missing Packages
- Once marked “Delivered”, responsibility transfers to the customer.
- If you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are not liable for theft or loss after delivery confirmation.
9) Delivery Delays
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to the carrier, weather, or peak periods.
- Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

- Risk and title pass to the customer once the carrier picks up the package. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
